Handle are working exclusively with a top global advertising agency to support the growth of their localisation team.
They are seeking an experienced Localisation Project Director with team management expertise to oversee complex, creative campaigns for leading brands.
A background in advertising and localisation of digital and print assets is crucial for this role, as well as a solid understanding of production processes and terminology. Candidates should have also line managed a team in previous roles.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the central London office and 2 days working from home. Unfortunately, we cannot consider remote candidates for this role.
What You'll Do:
Client Management & Delivery:
* Oversee the management of complex campaigns and building client relationships.
* Supervise team projects and find opportunities to enhance efficiency.
* Detail-oriented, effective communicator, and adaptable problem solver.
Commercial/Profitability:
* Manage budgets and costs, track expenses, allocate resources, and ensure client satisfaction.
* Stay informed about industry trends and integrate fresh ideas.
People:
* Lead project teams, delegate tasks, prioritise work, and mentor team members.
* Serve as a senior voice within the agency.
