An exciting opportunity for an experienced NHS manager to play a pivotal role in the operational delivery of Trust Digital programmes working closely with senior stakeholders.
As a competent leader you will drive key initiatives to sustain and further enhance our operational efficiency, income recovery, and workflow optimisation effort.
The post holder will
• be responsible for managing a digital portfolio and the successful delivery of all supporting work streams. Coordinating all portfolio activities and communicating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption of digital technology in line with Trust strategy
• Lead implementation of capital schemes and developments relating to portfolio of digital programmes ensuring that appropriate procurement processes are followed and that schemes are delivered on -time and on- budge
• Responsible for providing a key leadership role in all the delivery of financial, quality, performance, local and national productivity, and workforce targets, as agreed through business planning, appraisal, and personal development processes
• Lead for engagement with internal and external stakeholders and building collaborative relationships to improve communication and assure delivery of the business plan and strategic objectives relating to digital healthcare
