We are looking for an Operations Manager on a permanent, full-time basis. The role will be based in Cuffley, UK and offers hybrid working.
As our Operations Manager, you will oversee the entire operational process, from property onboarding and management to maintenance and handback. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the highest standards while managing contractor relationships, budgets, and operational KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
* Contractor Management – Oversee and monitor contractors, ensuring performance aligns with SLAs and company standards.
* Property Compliance & Maintenance – Ensure properties meet all legal and safety regulations, including health & safety and ISO standards.
* Procurement & Budgeting – Manage stock control, capital equipment purchases, corporate insurance, and vendor selection.
* Team Leadership – Manage and recruit the Operations team, including multi-trade staff, to ensure effective workload distribution.
* Operational Reporting – Maintain accurate reports on operational performance, compliance, and property conditions.
* Process Improvement – Implement and enhance operations processes to drive efficiency and service excellence.
Requirements
* 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
* Strong team leadership & management skills
* Knowledge of property management practices & regulations
* Excellent problem-solving & communication skills
* Strong IT skills (Google Workspace preferred)
* Bachelor’s degree in Property Management or a related field
* Full & clean UK driver’s licence
* Certifications such as NEBOSH or Six Sigma (desirable)
