Please be advised that this is a fixed term contract for 1 year. The hours of work are 15hrs/2 days per week, Monday to Sunday. Main Duties Assist the Store Manager/Assistant Manager in the smooth running of the store in order to achieve sales. Provide exceptional customer service and support in a retail environment, promoting and selling premium cookware products. Supervising employees, managing inventory. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and manage the team in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager. Greet and assist customers, providing expert advice on our cookware products. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Cash up in accordance with company policy. Assist with stock control and checks, including receiving, unpacking and organising merchandise. Ensure the store is well stocked, organised, clean and tidy by undertaking all housekeeping duties.
