JOB TITLE: ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT DEPARTMENT: IT DIVISION: TECHNICAL REPORTS TO: CTO JOB LOCATION: London / Hybrib (Initial fixed term/contract) The Enterprise Architect will play a pivotal role in aligning IT strategy with business goals and ensuring seamless integration across systems and platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to integrating and optimizing technologies such as Salesforce, ERP, finance systems, and the in-house medical ear and hearing care platform. The position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on organizational efficiency and innovation, reporting directly to the CTO. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the organization’s enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead the design and integration of complex systems, ensuring compatibility between Salesforce, ERP, financial platforms, and the in-house medical ear and hearing care platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural solutions. Act as a subject matter expert in TOGAF (preferably certified) and other architectural frameworks. Aid intergration with cloud technologies, with a focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Support system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements to ensure operational continuity. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams and integration roadmaps. Advise on best practices for technology adoption, ensuring scalability and future-proofing. Mentor and guide technical teams to implement solutions effectively. Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for technological innovation. Your Profile Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. TOGAF certification preferred. Proven experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong track record in systems integration. Technical Skills: Expertise in Salesforce, ERP, and finance system integration with other platforms, including in-house medical platforms. K nowledge of GCP and cloud-based solutions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. Soft Skills: E xceptional communication and interpersonal skills. S trategic thinker with a practical approach to problem-solving. A bility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment. P roficient in translating technical requirements into actionable technical implementations.
