A highly reputable and award-winning SEN school group is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant / Support Worker to join the permanent staff team at their Swindon site. Role Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN, particularly autism, ADHD, or complex needs.
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students' learning and personal development.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families.
* Ability to manage challenging behaviours using positive and therapeutic strategies.
* An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
