Being partnered with Utility Warehouse (Telecom Plus PLC), we serve their one million plus customers with their chosen energy saving products, and have recently secured a new partnership with Uswitch and MoneySuperMarket, along with further launches with other leading comparison brands happening soon.
We have been successfully trading for over 13 years, employing over 110 office staff and 1700 subcontracting engineers nationwide. We have built a bespoke CRM and various web applications to fuel our growth. Our digital infrastructure will enable us to become the UK's largest energy installer in the coming years.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team who will play a crucial role in providing operational support to our customers and subcontractors.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Advisor
* Support customers with general enquiries and technical support by phone and email in a professional manner;
* Be the face of Glow Green for customers, engaging with them in a way that shows we really care about doing the right thing for each of them;
* Help and support customers needing repair work completed, following company procedures and arranging for engineers to attend appointments;
* Decide within our guidelines the best problem fix for each individual customer who has had a problem, and recommend new options if needed;
* Ensure that you keep on top of updating customers and have demonstrable empathy and rapport building skills;
* Work alongside the technical service managers and help customers who have technical queries relating to their installations;
* Own your customers who require further work completing in order to complete their installation and see them through to completion;
* Proactively work with other business areas to ensure customer queries and appointments are managed effectively.
The ideal Customer Service Advisor
* At least 2 years experience within a phone-based customer service role;
* Experience in multi-tasking and being extremely organised;
* Skilled at problem solving;
* Excellent telephone manner;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment;
* Team player.
