Job Title: Payroll & Accounts Assistant
Location: Lincoln, UK
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum + Benefits
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Payroll & Accounts professional to join our dynamic back-office team in Lincoln. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert support with payroll administration, accounts maintenance and other financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts records
* Prepare and reconcile financial statements
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting
* Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications in accounting or payroll
* Minimum 2 years experience in payroll and accounts administration
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
