Training and onboarding:
* Two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
* Industry-leading training via one-to-one and group sessions
* Full-paid hotel stay during training
Your impact as a Sales Adviser:
* Meet and exceed business targets
* Manage valuation activities using ROSIE software
* Conduct outbound calls for valuation generation and follow-up
* Participate in door-knocking and zonal canvassing strategies
* Engage in local prospecting activities, including social media, leaflets, and calls
* Respond to inbound inquiries and generate referrals
* Build your personal brand online and offline

Minimum requirements:
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Own vehicle in good condition
