Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities: Are you a strategic leader passionate about transforming HR operations and unlocking organisational success? In this influential role, you will define and implement a forward-thinking HR operations strategy, leading a dynamic team to create a high-performance culture. You will oversee and refine end-to-end HR processes and systems, elevate the employee experience, and champion a data-driven approach powered by advanced analytics tools like Power BI. With a strong focus on compliance, collaboration, and continuous improvement, you will ensure our HR practices remain innovative, inclusive, and perfectly aligned with our strategic goals.
About You: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of HR Operations, Systems, and Data to lead and transform our HR function. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
1. HR Leadership: A passion for leading HR operations within complex, international organisations. You’ll excel in managing stakeholders, optimising performance, and fostering an inclusive and high-performing team culture.
2. Process Improvement Expertise: Proven experience in driving process improvements and operational excellence, with knowledge of Lean and/or Agile methodologies as a bonus.
3. Data & Reporting Skills: Advanced expertise in data analysis, reporting, and management, with proficiency in tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
4. HRIS Knowledge: Hands-on experience with HR Information Systems, particularly Sage People, is advantageous.
5. Employment Law & HR Knowledge: A strong HR background, ideally as an HR Generalist, with deep knowledge of employment law across multiple jurisdictions.
6. Inclusive Leadership: A proven ability to build and sustain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to inclusivity and empowerment.
