Are you an experienced Carpenter with a background in Social Housing? If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you!
Here at Howells, we are collaborating with a leading social housing contractor seeking a skilled carpenter to join their team in the Southend on Sea area. You will be responsible for working on voids and occupied properties focusing on repairs and maintenance.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills by tackling a variety of carpentry repairs in social housing properties.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a 40-hour working week. You will receive a competitive salary of £34,000 per annum, plus work-based incentives, holidays, and pension contributions. A company van and fuel card will be supplied.
