Job Purpose You will help the company deliver a high quality customer experience by coordinating the internal sales activities for clients of our powder coatings business. This will include handling incoming orders, preparing invoices, helping with general enquiries and attempting to resolve complaints. Job Responsibilities Manage order receipts & prioritise work to meet deadlines. Coordinate processing of orders in our SAP system. Collaborate with colleagues to handle & resolve customer complaints. Co-ordinate customer information requests and support sales managers with administration support. Nurture customer relationships & build an understanding of their needs to maximise sales opportunities. Expand customer orders where possible. Develop technical understanding of the product range in order to understand customer needs and provide guidance to strengthen the service offer. Job Requirements Experience in a customer-facing role. Good at building relationships & committed to providing excellent client service. Proficient user of MS Office. Effective at solving problems.
