Exciting new opportunity to join my client's team as a Housing Management Coordinator on a temp to perm basis! Main duties for this Housing Management Coordinator role:
1. Being the point of contact for tenancy support matters, booking repairs and planned works, supporting customers with their tenancy inquiries.
2. Helping customers with their housing benefit claims, making sure they are received on their rent account.
3. When required, issuing and signing warning letters and notices which may lead to attending court.
4. Conducting health and safety compliance checks and making sure our properties meet the maintenance standards.
Experience & requirements for this role:
1. Experience managing a housing management caseload and overseeing landlord and housing management duties.
2. Knowledgeable with re-letting of rooms or units, collecting rents, and taking formal legal action when needed.
3. Passionate about supporting customers who need a helping hand to rebuild their lives.
