Build the next big thing on the internet
We are obsessed with solving the following internet-scale communications problem: today's online third spaces suck. Humans want to express themselves in many ways and the places we currently hang out online fail to accommodate most of them. Hyperliminal is building a virtual world inside the places we already hang out (e.g. Discord) that enriches the social experience.
We're building out our team to bring our vision to life. You'll be joining us right at the beginning of this journey and will have plenty of opportunity to significantly shape and influence both the product and the company.
Solve hard problems, have fun, build the future
We're a small team building something we all really care about. We're looking for people who are passionate about solving hard problems and want to have a lot of fun doing it.
We have a super nice coffee machine, bean bags, and tonnes of whiteboards. It's a nice place with nice people and you'll probably really like it here.

Working at Hyperliminal
Why you might want to join us:
* You'll receive equity in the company, which means that when Hyperliminal wins, you win. We want you to have a real sense of ownership of the company.
* Autonomy - you'll have the trust and respect of everybody here and the autonomy that comes with that. We trust you to own projects, make decisions, and do the right thing.
* This will be a lot of fun - we're building a really cool product that solves a really important problem for millions of real people. We're also super chill and we're going to make sure we have a great time building towards this vision together.
* We don't hold back on the tools of the craft. You'll get the latest MacBook Pro when you join and anything else you need to do your job optimally well.
Why we might not be a good fit for you:
* We're building in-person, together, in Norwich. This allows us to move super fast and be maximally creative. Plus, it's good for the soul to be around other humans.
* This is going to be low-key intense. There's a lot of stuff to do when you're trying to solve for an internet-scale problem like we are. But we're going to have a tonne of fun and it might be the best, most fulfilling work you'll ever do.
