Sales Manager - SaaS – Based Hertford Based in Hertford, this is an office-based role which involves UK travel, candidates must hold a UK driving licence. Basic salary up to £80,000 depending on experience plus car allowance, bonus, and benefits My client is seeking an extremely ambitious and motivated SaaS Sales Manager to join their rapidly growing software company that develops Enterprise Software and SaaS solutions designed to transform the way retailers operate. This is a new role and requires an experienced SaaS Sales Manager to drive a portfolio of solutions amongst non-enterprise customers in the UK. As a SaaS Sales Manager, you will demonstrate considerable experience of working in a similar role within Tech sales, Retail or the Hospitality sectors and be a confident, results driven sales professional with a solid understanding of SaaS sales. As a SaaS Sales Manager, you will have proven experience of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment along with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Candidate Skills Excellent relationship-building skills with a passion for solving client challenges without requiring deep technical expertise Ability to understand client pain points and articulate solutions in business terms Have a collaborative and team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude Experience selling to mid-market businesses is highly desirable, but not essential MS Office Suite and using a CRM system such as Salesforce, HubSpot and sales tools Duties Able to identify, prospect, and qualify potential non-enterprise clients in retail and hospitality sectors Able to work collaboratively with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and generate leads Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Maintain a deep understanding of the product offerings and competitive landscape. Provide input into product development and roadmap based on client feedback and market trends. Accurately manage and update sales pipeline data in the CRM system. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers to drive deal closures.
