Responsibilities
1. Use disciplined project management methodology and tools with and a high level of discretion to implement and configure increasingly larger and more complex PDI products to solve customer business needs
2. Project budget control including forecasting revenue and billing.
3. Scoping and estimation of effort required for small and medium implement projects
4. Developing detailed project plans to guide clients, staff members and project teams and revising based on changing needs and requirements
5. Identifying and assigning project tasks based on the skill sets, experience and strengths of staff members
6. Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery
7. Compiling and submitting project status reports to clients, management and other stakeholders
8. Working effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation
9. Developing excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders
10. Provide excellent high-touch customer service, building strong relationships and ensuring that each customer is a reference
11. Understand from a high level, the technical aspects of PDI’s software, including application architecture and infrastructure
12. Prepare and provide project status and risk assessments to their manager with appropriate levels of detail to ensure that implementations stay on schedule
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
13. Project management experience exhibited by working independently on projects
14. Working knowledge of project management software tools such as Microsoft Excel, SmartSheets and other relevant applications
15. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
16. Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills
17. Ability to work under pressure and make hard decisions required to achieve project objectives
18. Requires strong written and verbal communication skills
19. Ability to independently work as a contributing member in a high-paced and focused team
20. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with competing deadlines
21. Ability to socialize ideas and influence decisions without direct authority
22. Industry knowledge and experience in the forecourt and convenience markets
23. Experience working with POS software
