If so, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Surveyor, to join a Housing Associations Assets team based in Birmingham. This is an interim role till they recruit on a permanent basis. This role will involve managing 2 building Surveyors, and operates a hybrid working model.
Senior Surveyor duties:
Lead and manage multiple investment projects using effective project, contract and budget management
Report on a regular basis the contractor's performance with customer satisfaction.
Prepare detailed specifications and schedules of works and produce all documentation required
Manage external contractors, obtaining specifications and managing projects through to completion such as kitchen and bathroom replacements
Senior Surveyor requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, providing a broad range of technical services
Recognised qualification in a building related subject
Experience in procurement and delivery of major works programmes including contract and project management including effective stakeholder consultation
