We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing and Operations Associate to support our team by managing email campaigns and producing high-quality documents such as client reports, market maps, and industry white papers. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to attract and engage clients and candidates. Produce polished and professional documents, including client reports, market maps, and formatted CVs. Maintain and update templates for marketing materials and operational documents. Support consultants with administrative tasks related to client and candidate management. Assist with database updates and organization to ensure accurate record-keeping. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with recruiters and consultants to support broader marketing and operational initiatives. Qualifications and Experience: At least 1 years of experience in marketing, operations, or administrative support roles. Experience building and running email campaigns. Strong written communication and document formatting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems. Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is desirable. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
