Main duties of the job
1. Be comfortable working in clinical areas
2. Manage your time well, prioritising when necessary
3. Promote and deliver a professional replenishment service, focussed on ensuring product availability and value for money
4. Be confident engaging with other members of the Trust at all levels
5. Comply with standing financial instructions and schemes of delegation
You will need to have:
1. An understanding of how product usage can fluctuate depending on the current circumstances
2. Confidence in dealing with and analysing data
3. Knowledge of Supply chain systems

Person Specification
Qualifications
1. Educated to NVQ 3 or equivalent experience in a relevant subject.
2. GCSE English and Maths or equivalent at grade C or above
3. Evidence of continued professional development (CPD)
Experience
1. Experience in a Logistics/ Supply Chain setting
2. Working knowledge of recognised Electronic Materials Management systems
3. Experience in basic software packages Microsoft Office and Excel
4. Experience within Customer Services environment or similar environment
5. Experience in Logistics/ Supply chain systems
Knowledge
1. Working as part of a Team
2. NHS Supply chain systems and Stock management systems
3. Use of Hand held devices (PDA)
4. Previous NHS Experience
