HR Administrator

We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our team at a prestigious educational institution in Gainsborough. This temporary position offers the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. While experience within a school setting is desired, it is not essential.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Assist in the management of day-to-day HR operations.
* Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, preparing job advertisements, and handling application queries.
* Maintain accurate HR records and employee files, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
* Assist with payroll processing, including the management of sickness and absence records.
* Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
* Respond to HR-related inquiries from staff and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
* Coordinate staff training sessions and maintain training records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or relevant role.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS or HRMS).
* Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
* Experience in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.
