This junior level Administration role is for a dynamic and exciting business based in Chiswick, West London. Client Details The client is a creative and innovative business in the Entertainment industry based in Chiswick. Description The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to- Reporting into the operations manager Disseminating information on policy, meetings notes and internal comms Provide the SLT with general Admin support Maintaining HR policies, such as Annual leave, Sickness, on-boarding and off-boarding documents Assisting with recruitment, obtaining references, RTW checks and setting up interviews Submit payroll information and check documents are all correct Office ordering of supplies and maintaining a budget surrounding this Create monthly board reports and circulate where appropriate Coordinate training and development programmes Be the point of contact for IT equipment Profile The successful candidate must- Be self motivated & work under minimum supervision Have excellent attention to detail Be detail orientated Have excellent communication skills Excellent Administrative skills Proactive and positive attitude Job Offer A part time role of 30 hours a week, competitive salary and lovely working environment.
