Meraki Talent are supporting a global insurance firm who are looking to speak with customer-focused claims administrators for an ongoing project within the Greenock area of Inverclyde.
As a Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for processing all aspects of members' medical claims within a strict timescale.
Key duties will involve:
* Liaising with members via written and telephone correspondence
* Providing members with up-to-date and accurate information regarding their private medical scheme
* Being empathic to members throughout the process
* Answering general queries from members
* Processing claims paperwork
* Ensuring claims are settled within a set timeframe
* Ensuring in-house systems are up to date with accurate and relevant member data
* Ensuring member data is stored within GDPR guidelines
This is initially a temporary contract; however, it offers a strong opportunity to become permanent.
Applicants should have gained previous customer administration experience and be able to demonstrate a first-class customer experience.
Applicants should be aware of the working hours: 35 hours between Mon-Sunday 7am-11pm, which are on a 4-week rotational pattern. Shifts are 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 2pm-10pm, and 3pm-11pm. You will work 1 weekend in 4.
