Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the growth and development of our Host Community Cafe, driving revenue and community engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in cafe management, with expertise in operational management, volunteer recruitment and training, and health and safety.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including menu planning, stock control, and cash handling
* Recruiting, training, and managing a team of volunteers to deliver excellent customer service
* Ensuring that all aspects of health and safety are met, including risk assessments and compliance with relevant legislation
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in cafe management, preferably in a similar environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
* Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
* A strong understanding of health and safety principles and practices
