SCOPE OF THE ROLE
A Graduate who can produce and deliver quality Digital Twins for Virtual Design in Construction [VDC] and Building Information Management [BIM] projects in the construction industry.
You will be working on significant construction projects in the UK/Worldwide and develop your expertise by being part of a skilled, talented, and multi-disciplinary team.
KEY FUNCTIONS
This role will require the individual to:
1. Conduct early design & constructability analysis reviews.
2. Use different software to analyze and audit 3D models, 2D drawings and other project data for their completeness against a BIM Execution Plan [BEP].
3. Run clash detection routines and produce coherent reports based on findings.
4. Production/Review of BIM documentation and their utilization on project(s).
5. Conduct BIM Management activities.
6. Attend coordination/review meetings (internally and externally).
7. Assist Project/Delivery Manager in task completion.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Essential:
1. Relevant degree qualification.
2. Experience in the Construction Industry.
3. Know how to use software (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
4. Good understanding of clash detection tests and model reviews using Navisworks.
5. Knowledge of the key spatial coordination rules of MEP services.
6. Good IT skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint).
7. Knowledge of the RIBA Construction stages.
8. Know how to implement BIM Technology to facilitate project needs.
Desirable:
1. Knowledge of Autodesk Fabrication.
2. Higher Qualifications relevant to the industry.
3. Experience of EDMS systems.
4. GCSE Grade A-C (4+) in Math’s and English.
5. Skilled use of Solibri/Revizto.
6. Skilled use of BIM Collab, BIM Track, BIM 360, and other reporting programmes.
