How you'll make an impact
Key responsibilities for this position include:
* Be the Guide: Provide strategic advice on risk and insurance needs, collaborating with Account Executives and directly supporting our valued clients.
* Lead Negotiations: Use your market insights to agree the best terms with insurers, ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service.
* Drive Excellence: Explore all options to deliver world-class solutions, prepare comprehensive reports, and ensure timely policy renewals.
* Handle with Precision: Coordinate documentation for new clients, mid-term adjustments, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Resolve with Confidence: Address queries from insurers and clients, confirm coverage, process policies, and handle documentation seamlessly.

About You
We are seeking a dedicated professional who is progressing towards Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications, such as Dip CII or FIT, and has an education level equivalent to GCSE standards. The ideal candidate will have validated experience in the corporate commercial insurance industry, demonstrating a consistent record of achieving targets within a regulated framework. A customer-focused approach is needed, along with a passion for delivering outstanding results, strong attention to detail, and efficiency. The role requires outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong planning and analytical abilities.
