Brew-It Group is a group of companies dedicated to the supply of specialty coffee equipment solutions in the UK & Ireland. We work directly with UK coffee roasters & coffee distributors, equipment specialists, and chain/group businesses.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Service Manager located in Chesterfield. The Technical Service Manager will be responsible for:
* Leading the Brew-It Group technical service team
* Providing technical support via email/phone/face to face across all Brew-It brands
* Reporting/developing the technical team KPI’s
* Reviewing and implementing new processes/ways of working in order to maximize the efficiency of the technical team
* Providing technical training to engineers/distributors for all brands
* Developing the technical coverage within the UK & Ireland
* Working closely with all departments within the business
* Being the factory liaison for all equipment we distribute
Qualifications
* Technical Services and Technical Support skills
* Troubleshooting expertise
* Strong customer service abilities
* Experience in providing technical training to customers/engineers
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate technical information effectively
* Managing a team
* Knowledge of coffee equipment preferred
* You must live within commuting distance of Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
