It also allows the exciting opportunity to engage closely with colleagues across Social Security Scotland and the wider Scottish Government, helping to influence the design of the service, testing processes and systems as we evolve. As a Risk Analysis and Control officer you will continually identify, log and track the effectiveness of controls assigned to risk areas. You will demonstrate flexibility, be comfortable in a changing environment, and enjoy working collaboratively to identify opportunities for improvements, exploring new ideas and solutions. Responsibilities Responsibilities Provide fraud and error awareness to new and existing operational staff. Provide advice and support to Client Services Delivery colleagues on fraud and error related queries. Manage and maintain the Fraud Champion Network. Provide details to management of new and emerging risks by engaging with Client Services Delivery colleagues. Explore guidance and processes for potential and existing risks. Produce and cascade fraud and error key messages to Client Services Delivery colleagues via various communication channels i.e. bi monthly and quarterly newsletter. Conduct reviews and analysis of high profile risks to feed into senior leader reports. Undertake sampling exercises to analyse/highlight potential risks, gaps in guidance and processes, and identify trends. Produce findings in report format from sampling undertaken.
