The role:
This firm is looking to appoint a Head of Residential Property 6+ years PQE for their established conveyancing team based in Royal Wootton Bassett.
This is a varied role in which you will be fee-earning on good quality residential property work, whilst also playing a pivotal role in driving the department forward to ensure its future success, having the full support from the business.
As an experienced Solicitor, you will promote the very best practices and examine client outcomes in order to find ways to continually improve the quality of service provided.
The role will also encompass business development projects with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors meaning you'll make a contribution to the strategic direction of the practice.
With excellent support from the wider management team and early progression pathways up to partnership, this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious residential property lawyer seeking a leadership position.
