Handling incoming calls Greet visitors, issue passes, Wifi access and advise relevant employee of visitor arrival Center of Excellence for travel- and office/support related questions Coordinate (large) meetings/events (internal / external) including booking of meeting rooms, lunches, equipment, hotel, transportation, etc. Coordinate travel / advise transportation, hotels, etc. Provide required and actual documents for visa applications, invitation letters, etc. Provide up-to-date templates (ppt, word, etc.) Standardise documents and processes This list is not exhaustive, and from time to time you may be asked to carry out other administrative tasks so the overall operation functions efficiently.
