Our client is looking for experienced technical advisors to join their market-leading boiler company. You will work as part of the team to provide technical advice to gas engineers and customers.
Minimum Requirements:
- A passion for customer service
- Good problem-solving aptitude to diagnose possible faults accurately
Salary:
£25,756, plus bonus up to £1,500 per annum. Overtime is also available
Hours:
39.5 hours per week, between 8am - 6pm Mon-Fri and 9am - 12pm on Saturdays
Start Date: As soon as possible
Your Role:
Working as part of the service technical department to provide advice to external Gas Safe registered Engineers and End Users. You will interpret and explain technical information and instructions over the telephone with clarity and diplomacy
