Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Quebec, New Brunswick and Ontario North

Job Summary:
Manages all aspects of the relationships in Quebec, New Brunswick and Ontario North.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
1. Manage sales activities for specific assigned territory.
2. Works closely with all staff to oversee the sales function and to position products and services to achieve maximum sales potential.
3. Responds to requests, inquiries, and complaints and ensures maximum goodwill from all transactions.
4. Analyzes market statistics to develop sales campaigns and create sales quotas.
5. Responsible for negotiating and implementing agreements.
6. Prepares reports for management and customers.
7. Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
8. Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
METRICS:
1. Sales results: Orders, Invoices, Quotes. Sales Growth and Margin improvement.
2. Sales results: Paid Invoices for all divisions, PLCCenter, Repair and Distribution, Monthly and daily averages.
3. Comparisons of past volume to current volume for specific time periods are a primary measurement.
4. Projects and tasks assigned will be tracked and measured - examples include web demos, leads provided, target accounts, etc.
5. Management by Objectives.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
1. Valid Driver’s license.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
1. Continuous driving.
2. Frequent walking.
3. Lifting requirements include occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds, and continuous lifting of up to 10 pounds.
BONUS/COMMISSION PLAN:
Eligible for commission after successful completion of training program.
Employee Evaluation Summary:
1. Introductory Review - Will be written approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continue.
2. Monthly Reviews - Sales/GM revenue growth of assigned and/or complementary products.
3. Annual Reviews - Sales/GM revenue growth of assigned and/or complementary products. Quantitative performance and measurement of activity. Overall performance and dependability. Job knowledge.
WORK SCHEDULE:
8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This is a minimum expectation. Often projects and assignments will extend beyond the normal workday. Come to work on time and adhere to accepted time off policies.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Office and/or customer locations. All employees are required to wear “Radwear” (apparel with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received. Radwell ID Badge and Radwell access card must be worn at all times. Radwell Safety policies must be adhered to at all times.

Required Skills:
1. Previous Sales experience a plus but will consider other experience in related areas.
2. Must be bilingual in English and French.
3. Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks required.
4. Requires the ability to use Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Required Experience:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
