The AML Compliance Assistant will be part of the legal team and will:
* Assist in the implementation and management of compliance framework particularly on the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program.
* Support the Legal department in ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Conduct thorough risk assessments and report findings.
* Collaborate with team members to develop effective compliance strategies.
* Participate in internal and external audits.
* Help with the development of training materials for AML procedures.
* Stay up-to-date with changes in AML regulations in the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
* Handle other compliance-related tasks as required.
Profile
A successful AML Compliance Assistant should have:
* A strong understanding of AML regulations and compliance.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* A degree in Law, Finance, or a related field.
