Night Team Leader: £27,686.70 - £31,667.7 per annum DOE
We are looking for Night Team Leaders to join our team at our Children's Residential Home The Old Vicarage.
Both homes are located within four acres of the beautiful quiet village Swinderby, just ten miles from the centre of Lincoln and actively celebrates the richness and diversity of childhood, including the different strengths deriving from ability, age, culture, ethnicity and gender. We actively promote young peoples’ welfare and development, protecting them from physical and emotional harm, deprivation or disadvantage, whilst supporting them to live a really fappy, fulfilled and meaningful life.
As a Night Team Leader you will be an integral part of the family, no two shifts are the same but here is a brief overview of what your duties may look like:
* Working with all levels of the Staff Team to safeguard our young people at all time.
Assisting the Registered Manager to utilise staff to ensure that shifts run smoothly and with appropriate numbers.
* Oversee medication administration in line with Individual Pupil Care Plan (IPCP)
Maintaining clear and accurate records including leading on care planning and producing reports as required.
* Chairing regular staff meetings and handover meetings and ensuring that all relevant information is disseminated appropriately and in a timely manner.
* Working with the Training Department to promote the importance of training and support individuals to complete relevant qualifications through regular supervisions.
* Creating positive relationships with the young people and offering them unconditional dignity and respect.
* Meeting the physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs of the young people. Ensuring that the needs of the young person are being met and reviewing and recording changes to those needs.
About You
What do we need from you?

* A Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care
* Leadership experience, preferably within Children's Services.
