The Role:
Initially joining the business as a Researcher (Candidate Consultant), your role will include:
1. Market Mapping: Creating longlists/shortlists against retained role briefs.
2. Market Intelligence: Creating industry-specific reports for customers.
3. Creating DE&I & Retention Reports: Advising clients on DE&I & staff retention strategies.
4. Candidate Sourcing: Sourcing candidates for relevant positions.
5. Sitting on client briefing calls: Working alongside a senior consultant to understand a job brief in detail.
The Opportunity:
£30k Basic Salary with a realistic OTE of £45,000 in your first year. (I can talk you through how this is achieved)
Progression:
* A clear progression map of how you can reach Partner in the future.
Earning Potential:
* With a clear road map to earn £40k+ in your first year, your earnings will multiply as the business progresses.
* Good Executive Search Consultants often generate more than £1m in revenue annually. (This would equate to earnings over £250,000!)
Profile:
Educational Background:
* A degree is preferred but not essential. You will be dealing with CEOs regularly, so intellect is necessary.
