Production Assembly Fitter

Salary: £13ph
Type: Temp to Perm
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am-5pm (Overtime available)
We have an exciting Temp to Perm opportunity for a Production Assembly Fitter to join this market leading manufacturing facility based in Grantham. This award-winning business has been expanding and growing over the last few years and now requires another Production Assembly Fitter to increase their team.
Your duties as Production Assembly Fitter will include:
1. Assemble components using manual and air tools.
2. Mechanical assembly and fitting of large pieces of machinery.
3. Following engineering diagrams.
4. Wiring, gears, hydraulics, and engines part of the build.
5. Basic quality checking of your own work as you go.
Requirements as a Production Assembly Fitter:
You will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, assembly, mechanics, hydraulics, etc. You should be proactive in your approach and attitude to work and have a mechanical and multi-tasking mindset.
