Charity Marketing & Communications Manager – Campaigns
Salary: £31,010.28 – £33,316.80 per annum, pro rata (including high cost area allowance).
This salary is based on a full-time equivalent of £38,762.85 – £41,646 per annum (inclusive of high cost area allowance), depending on experience.
Hours: 30 hours a week
This is an exciting new role created within the Marketing and Communications team at St Clare to promote cross-hospice working through marketing and communications.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to lead on campaigns and internal communications work. This is a new, part-time role, perfect for someone who enjoys project management, has a creative flair, and has a passion for making a difference.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing a campaign-driven communications strategy, overseeing the creation of compelling content to achieve our goals, and managing internal communications across the hospice. Your work will support all hospice areas, including clinical services, community engagement, education and income generation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications, excellent project management skills, and experience in a healthcare or charity setting. You’ll work closely with teams across the organisation to ensure consistent messaging and help transition to new ways of campaign work.
