We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Account Manager to join a business in a time of growth. This full-time, office-based role is crucial in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with new and existing customers, offering tailored business solutions.
Manage and nurture customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service.
Conduct outbound calls using warm leads from CRM system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing ongoing support and solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
What we need:
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their business needs.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.
