An independent homecare company is recruiting for a Registered Manager in the Winchester area due to their exciting expansion plans into the Hampshire area.
This company specializes in high-quality homecare to both local authority and private clients. They are seeking a driven and motivated manager with previous leadership experience to help drive the growth of the new service in the area. Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the development of a new homecare service in the Winchester area.
* Ensure the service operates in full compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
* Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of staff to maintain a high-performing team.
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
* Drive the growth and development of the service, working closely with local authorities to bring in new clients.
* Monitor and manage performance metrics to achieve operational and financial goals.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing domiciliary care services or similar setting.
* Experience working closely with a variety of different client groups.
* In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or working towards.
* A team-oriented leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
