Thorn Baker are working in conjunction with a small Facilities Management company to source a competent Office Administrator.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the daily operations of the business runs smoothly and efficiently.
The role offers up to £28K PA and plenty of growth and progression within a forward thinking SME.
Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Utilise Google Suite to manage documents and emails
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in organising and scheduling appointments
- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Support bookkeeping tasks using Sage software
Skills:
- Proficient in computerised office systems
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
