We have an opportunity to join our team at our respite home, providing ad hoc support for young adults with disabilities/ learning difficulties/ challenging behaviour, to support the Management.
Duties of a Senior Support Worker will include assisting the manager in supervisory responsibilities within the team, creating timetables of activities for the young adults in our care, personal care and maintaining the welfare of the young people alongside having understanding and commitment that this care is provided in line with the legislation, policy and ethos as required by Eco Wings.
Ideally you will have NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care (or be wiling to complete this) or above and experience in a supervisory role within social care.
Opportunities to complete higher NVQ's and progress within the company.
