The Body Coach is on a mission to make the world fitter, healthier and happier. We are looking for a strategic Growth Lead to help us reach more people than ever.
What the job involves
* You will report to the CEO/founder who is also the vision behind the brand and creative direction of The Body Coach.
* As a true self-starter, you will be hands-on, owning the strategy and execution to grow The Body Coach app subscriber base.
* You will play a crucial role on the leadership team, helping steer the business into the next exciting stage of growth.
* You’ll be a seasoned people leader, bringing the ability to motivate, inspire and drive accountability from a team across performance marketing, CRM, ambassador management, as well as our media agency.
* Collaborating. You can think cross-departmentally to rally product, insights, engineering and other teams around your growth strategy.
* Designing growth The Body Coach way. You can design growth strategies that help us grow our business but also our positive impact on people.
Key tasks and responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with our business growth goals.
* Set ambitious, yet achievable targets and build a predictable engine for sustainable growth.
* Create integrated strategies and campaigns, working closely with brand and creative teams on key positioning, creative and messaging.
* Be opportunistic and agile in spotting exciting growth opportunities that sit outside of the agreed plan.
* Design advocacy strategies that not only help our business grow but also reward our most loyal users, e.g., Ambassador and referral programmes that incentivise growth.
* Create a team culture of experimentation, testing and optimisation, leaning on data to make informed decisions, continually learning and iterating.
* Discover new growth channels and platforms where we can ‘meet’ our core audience. Make regular recommendations on testing new partners and channels.
* Paid media: support our performance lead and media agency in making sound investments linked to your strategy. Leverage mass brand and TV campaigns to power growth.
* CRM: support our CRM lead in growing our first-party database, converting our huge existing audience in a meaningful way.
* Identify, negotiate and manage strategic affiliate partnerships that increase app visibility.
* Ensure performance strategy and reporting are made available to both the leadership team and the wider business.
* Partner with product, insights and production teams to understand which new products or features could be a growth lever for the business.
Requirements
* Experience in building, owning and executing successful growth strategies that drive usage and revenue growth, ideally at a fast-paced B2C startup or tech business.
* Experience working on a consumer mobile app is strongly preferred.
* An individual that knows how to think about the customer's entire lifecycle and can identify where to focus our growth and engagement efforts.
* An expert in at least two or more of the following channels: community-driven growth, paid user acquisition, content marketing, SEO, referrals and email marketing.
* A strong understanding of growth models, strategies and tactics, and how to connect all the dots to create high-quality customer experiences.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills to validate positioning, messaging and customer segmentation strategies.
* Proficiency in BI tools including, but not limited to, Tableau, Amplitude and Excel.
* A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuff done.

Salary range £70,000 to £100,000 per annum depending on experience.
