The Cherry on Top: Free organic fruit and veg, plus 30% off your Riverford account Location -This is a travelling, field-based role covering Hampshire region and the surrounding area, typically within a 1.5-hour radius. To support a healthy work-life balance, we’re looking for candidates within a reasonable commute of our farm in Sutton Scotney: Upper Norton Farm, Sutton Scotney, Hampshire, S021 3QF. You’ll be on the road in one of our mid-sized vans, so a full UK driving licence and confident driving experience are essential. Our vans are fully equipped to ensure safe and comfortable journeys. This isn’t your standard 9-to-5… Our reps work 40 hours across 5 days, with weekends (inclusive of bank holidays) and longer days on the road often being part of the adventure. There’s also the expectation of occasional travel further afield, including overnight stays when needed – always with notice. Weekends are prime time for events and the perfect opportunity to welcome new Riverford customers. For the love of the outdoors… Our sales reps hit the road in our iconic ‘Live Life On The Veg’ vans, travelling to locations right on your doorstep and others that are worth the road trip. You’ll find them popping up at local train stations, on the high street, farmers markets, and major foodie events You’ll set up eye-catching stands and dive into conversations with anyone and everyone about cooking, food shopping, and how our 100% organic seasonal produce could fit into their lives. If you enjoy being outdoors, meeting new people, working as part of a close-knit team, and, naturally, have a love for fresh fruit and veg, this role could be a great fit.
