Experience with SEN is beneficial, and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required About the Role In this role, you will deliver engaging and interactive lessons that inspire and motivate students. You will collaborate closely with colleagues and parents to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Your contribution will be essential in helping students develop academically, socially, and emotionally while cultivating a love for learning. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver dynamic lessons aligned with the national curriculum. Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all students, including those with SEN. Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported. Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to guide improvement. Work in partnership with colleagues, support staff, and parents to achieve the best possible outcomes for students. Maintain high standards of behaviour and serve as a role model for students. Stay committed to your professional development and participate in school initiatives. What You’ll Need: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Experience teaching in a primary school environment. Experience working with SEN students is desirable. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Ability to engage and motivate young learners effectively. A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude towards teaching challenges. Availability to begin in January and work full-time.
