The Role of the Product Specialist:
• Selling the full range of surgical & patient handling products - main focus is around gynaecology, general surgery & urology.
• Selling to surgeons, consultants, band 7 nurses, team leaders & procurement.
• Using Salesforce as a CRM to track all activity.
• Mature territory. Currently on target with lots of business to go at.
• 50/50 split with NB & Existing Business.
• Expectation is to do 4 key events/meetings per day.
• Covering Manchester, Liverpool, Crewe, Bolton, St Helens, Blackburn, Preston, Blackpool, Lancaster & Cumbria.
The Ideal Person for the Product Specialist:
• Very much personality based.
• Ideally someone with a degree.
• All training provided.
• Min 1 year in a customer-facing role.
• Coachable and open to new ways of working.
• Someone that is memorable, has good energy, is credible, and good at delivering information.
• Someone that is not afraid to ask for the order.
