Express Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a well-respected organisation who are recruiting for a Temp to Perm Accounts Administrator to join their busy team in Nottingham. In order to be successful within this role, the candidate must have previous experience within a similar role and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Support the Senior Finance Team with invoicing and purchase ledger administration
* Assist in the management of credit control creditors including liaison with suppliers and other departments
* Undertake credit card reconciliation tasks
* Produce performance and management information relating to the processing of payments
* Monitor and chase payments from various third party services to ensure accuracy at all times
* Administer CIS payments in accordance with legislation
Skills & Experience
* Qualified with ACCA, AAT or similar
* Experience with finance software preferred
* Excellent organisational skills
* Understanding of accounting/finance processes
* Working knowledge of IT systems including MS Office
