Based in Wakefield with parking my client supply and provide solutions to a wide range of businesses in the UK and is recruiting an Operations Coordinator to join their busy team due to continued expansion. Youll possess strong communication and organisational skills and be responsible for communicating and coordinating projects for your customers ensuring the smooth delivery of these projects. On a daily basis you will be involved in; Deliver an outstanding level of service to customers business-to-business Liaise with carriers and suppliers using various portals to place customer orders Manage the incoming email queues and call flows to ensure all customer orders and queries are raised and dealt with in a timely fashion Co-ordinate new projects to ensure they run smoothly, and provide regular feedback and updates to the customer via telephone and email Liaise with other internal departments where necessary, to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of products and services Manage all aspects of project fulfilment to customers within a suitable timeframe, including equipment ordering, delivery and appointing of both in-house and 3rd party engineering resource Co-ordinate with 3rd party partners as appropriate to ensure all aspects of a customer solution are delivered smoothly Meet strict customer deadlines using effective foresight and planning of project timelines Keep account managers updated with the progress of their customers orders and faults Adhere to accuracy and performance related KPIs and SLAs designed to drive excellence in the service provided to customers Answer the telephone and emails, and deal with first-line queries as quickly as possible and in a professional and polite manner Keep the customer fully informed of updates Record extensive and accurate notes on CRM system Ensure accurate and timely billing of new and additional services taken by customers Keep all necessary documentation updated and filed as appropriate Escalate internally and externally to suppliers when required to ensure an order is dealt with within agreed timescales Key Skills & Experience Demonstrate excellent customer service experience Have the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong organisational skills Positive attitude and a great team player This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Bagnall Hopkins Recruitment who is operating as an employment agency/business.
