We are seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse Operative to join our clients team in ensuring the smooth operation of their warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and out:going calls with clients taking orders over the phone and packing orders in warehouse.
Responsibilities
: Receiving and making calls to clients to take orders, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when interacting with suppliers and customers : Sending client emails
: Packing orders and stock replenishment
: Performing data entry tasks accurately to update inventory records
: Upselling products when interacting with customers
Requirements
: Customer service experience in any industry required
: Proven experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential
: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
: Proficiency in data entry and inventory management systems
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday (Day Shift)
Payrate: GBP12
