Job Title: Social Worker – Adult Learning Disability and Autism Team

Rate: £187 per day
An exciting job role has recently become available at Newcastle City Council. They are looking for a new member for their Adult Learning Disability and Autism Team.
Responsibilities:
* Recognized Social Work Qualification and experience in Adult Social Care.
* Knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding policies.
* Strong assessment, planning, evaluation, and report writing skills.
* Commitment to promoting rights of people with learning disabilities/autism.
* Effective liaison and partnership working with service users, carers, and professionals.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
