We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to manage the content and experience component of our Technology Solutions offering.
If you are looking for a new role and have a background in marketing, we want to hear from you!
The Role:
You have experience across interactive content platforms, marketing automation, and a consultative approach in advising clients. You are highly proactive in evolving our services and solutions, recognising that the most appropriate use of martech is always changing.
You work seamlessly with the Paid Activation Manager, reviewing insights and utilising these to improve the activity’s performance. You put in place a suite of leading martech tools that are appropriate for our clients and where relevant, utilise the client’s own applications as part of our activity.
You have a comprehensive consultative approach across a wide range of martech including CRM and webinar and event platforms, and are able to build connections to join up martech activity, achieving the best possible performance for our clients, and all aligned with the strategic objectives of Revere’s Vision.
You have a client-facing aspect to your role, advising and building relationships with key client contacts on an ongoing basis, including retained services; this is key in building an invaluable extension to the client’s team. Your advice is sought and proves to be invaluable for our clients. You manage the martech roadmap and plans for our clients and then implement successfully, delivering success through a joined-up approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Team management

3. Lead 121 and personal development discussions with direct reports, and drive their personal growth in line with overall departmental focus and goals.
Innovation

2. Lead the identification of new tools and partners that can support, enhance and improve our solutions.
3. Bring on board new service streams in a timely fashion. This could include DM, CRM consultancy, events, webinars and auditing services to achieve the very best performance for our clients from the martech that’s deployed.
4. Manage Revere’s marketing automation services, including developing lead scoring and nurture flows within multiple platforms, and be able to guide and advise clients irrespective of their martech stack. Planning and delivering leading automation activity that supports wider activation.

Working with the Client Director, Marketing & Sales, being forthcoming in suggesting new, bold strategies to aid efforts centred around BD, tech stack or inbound/outbound activities to attract our ICPs within our target organisations.
4. Drive the delivery of meaningful training sessions internally, utilising specialists within your team. Help build digital capabilities and confidence across Revere to enable all teams to sell an ever-evolving range of services.
5. Comprehensive planning and delivery mindset, understanding the importance of having thought-through, strategic plans in place for the successful delivery of client activity.
6. Ad-hoc consultancy across campaign activation in support of specific objectives and in support of demand.
Operations
