Salary: From £35,000 depending on experience, + commission
We are looking for someone to join our Sales team who is dynamic and ambitious with excellent communication and networking skills. They will be primarily based in our London showroom and will need to provide an exceptional, professional and friendly service to our customers, that results in sales and positive brand recognition.
This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who wants to get involved in a creative and growing business. An appreciation for design and interiors, and experience working within high-end interiors will be helpful.
Principle duties will include:
* Providing the highest level of friendly and helpful customer service to customers visiting the showroom
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing private and trade customers
* Listening closely to customer needs, giving expert product and design advice, sending and following up on quotes, and making the sales process as seamless and professional as possible
* Ensuring the showroom display is at its highest level and that the showroom is clean, tidy and organised at all times
* Outreach - identifying new opportunities to grow sales and proactively chasing new leads
* Generating new leads through calling, meetings, networking, showroom events and exhibitions
* Representing the company at product launches, events and trade shows
* Communication of new product developments to prospective clients
* Working collaboratively and creatively with the sales & marketing teams to reach monthly and quarterly targets
* Keeping the sales database accurate and up-to-date at all times
We are looking for:
* At least 2 year’s experience in Sales preferably at the luxury end
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Somebody who is commercially minded and numerically strong
* Somebody who enjoys working in a supportive team environment
* Lots of energy, a positive attitude, a good work ethic and an enthusiasm for selling
* Apple Mac and Microsoft Office proficiency including experience using CRM systems
